November, 2005. Dr. Song-De Ma, deputy minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC, visited the Lotus Hill Institute. Professor Zhu reported our developments and future plans for LHI to Dr. Ma. After listening to the report, Dr.Ma highly praised the creation of LHI, and considered it a creative effort in advancing science and technology in China. At the same time, Dr. Ma encouraged all people at LHI to make further progress.
